Footprint Construction has a standard realtor agreement that we use when working with new clients that have been using a realtor prior to working with us.  Working with a realtor does not affect the overall price of a project.

Protect a 2.5% commission (selling side) by submitting written registration of your buyer clients/ customers to build a custom home with Footprint Construction.

In order to register a buyer, please submit the following information in the form of an email to Barb@BarbBanman.com :

-Buyers first initial and last name

-Last 3 digits of buyer’s preferred phone number

-Agent Name, Company, Preferred phone number.

-Disclosure of relationship with buyer (transaction broker or Buyer Agency)

-A confirmation email will be sent by return email to agent registering Buyer.
