The design build process is inherently more efficient and cost effective. Why have one group design and become very intimate with every detail of a project just so they can turn it over to the builder who has never seen the project before. At Footprint Construction the designers and builders are one in the same. We are already fully aware of every nuance of the design by the time construction begins. With this knowledge of the project we can more efficiently bid for materials and keep overages and wast to a minimum. Since we are in control of the design as well as the construction we can more effectively manage quality control and insure proper execution throughout the project of everything from the smallest of details to the overall structure.
